For their own good: St. Petersburg Times Special report on Marianna Florida School for Boys private investigator Bill Warner updates his investigation

For their own good: St. Petersburg Times Special report on Marianna Florida School for Boys, private investigator Bill Warner updates his investigation.

MARIANNA FL — "Florida School for Boys", now called the
Dozier School for boys. The (inmates) now men, remember the same things: blood on the walls, bits of lip or tongue on the pillow, the smell of urine and whiskey, the way the bed springs sang with each blow. The way they cried out for Jesus or mama. The grinding of the old fan that muffled their cries. The one-armed man who swung the strap, Troy Tidwell.
They remember walking into the dark little building on the campus of the Florida School for Boys, in bare feet and white pajamas, afraid they'd never walk out. Boys were dragged to the White House for punishment in ones and twos and threes, and sometimes there was a line outside, and sometimes a white dog kept watch.
Over the last four months I, private investigator Bill Warner, have interviewed a dozen of so former "inmates' at the Florida school for boys and I have posted 9 articles since December 10th, 2008 concerning the deplorable conditions, torture and rape endured by boys as young as 8 years old.
Put things in perspective here, all of the "child inmates" I interviewed were runaway orphans, sort of "Opie Taylor" goes to San Quentin Prison, not today's "Gang Bang Thugs" who would just as soon as put a "cap in your ass' as look at you.

Troy Tidwell, the former supervisor and the "one armed man" still lives in Marianna FL would not talk with a CNN crew that visited his home on 12/14/2008, I hope news crews and satellite trucks start parking out in front of his home everyday !

Patrick Hallinan, now 64 can still remember the man who beat him. "
Mr. Tidwell was a very aggressive man. He had one arm. Intimidating, verbal abusive. He was the one who beat me twice and I hate to say it. It was almost like he enjoyed it," Hallinan, a white house boys' survivor said.
This weapon (LEATHER STRAP) inflicted tremendous blunt trauma and deep bruises. I have also been told that with some of the boys, the giant strap was turned sideways so that on impact the sheet metal edge would slice open the skin of the children, this is barbaric, what kind of man was the one armed tormentor, Mr. Troy Tidwell Jr, who is still living in Marianna, Florida..... he is 84 today.

Mr.Troy Tidwell Jr.
the one armed man, who accidentally severed his left arm with a shotgun when he was 6 and his father Mr. Troy Tidwell Sr. and a Mr. Hess were the chief tormentors at the Florida School for boys, following are my posts;

White House Boys, Search of 32 Graves Ordered at North Florida Dozier Reform School, 2nd Teen Scandal for Panama City - Marianna Area.
2). Friday, December 19, 2008,

FROM ABC news..One day in the late 1950s, Richard Colon was working in the Dozier school’s laundry room. After a long bathroom break, Colon, then a student inmate in his early teens, said he returned and found the room empty and quiet, except for one tumble dryer that was running. A young boy had been shoved into it, he said. “I looked around and I thought ‘I could help him, but if I do, what will they do to me?’” he said, assuming the boy had been forced into the dryer as punishment. “So I left him. And he died.”

“I think about him every day,” said Colon, now 65 and living in Baltimore. “I think to myself, I could have opened that door and I didn’t. That torments me.” Colon says he does not know what happened to the boy’s body or who forced him into the dryer.

From an interview with former inmate Troy Warren, he says that the mistreatment was still going on in the mid 1970’s when he was there and the “White House torture room” that was supposed to have been sealed up in the 1960’s was still being used to beat the boys nearly to death and in some cases they did.

Troy Warren claims that there are more than the 32 graves at Dozier as indicated in the
ABC news account of Richard Colon, he claims that boy’s bodies were also buried behind the Dinning Hall, or “Chow Hall” and that he had dug some of the unmarked graves.
Troy Warren appears to have the record for escape attempts from the Dozier School for boys, he says they always found him, they being the K-9 Unit run by “Ollie” the Dog Man. When the Dozier School for boys K-9 guards did finally find Troy Warren they always made him carry the large Blood Hound Dog all the way back to the School and then beat him almost unconscious, he was 15.

In a building just across from the White House was a place the boys referred to as the rape room. Robert Straley, 62, of Clearwater FL, was 13 and about 105 pounds when he was sent there. He remembered being waked one night and accused of smoking. “I was on the entertainment list for the night. That’s what it was,” Straley said.
remembers a man with an iron grip (one armed man) grabbing his arm. “They were monsters. Oh, my God, the things they did,” Straley said. “When these men had me down, you weren’t going to turn into Bruce Lee, you only had one option, and that was you could scream all you wanted.”
Dick Colon remembers trying not to scream. He was told by guards that if he made a peep, the beating would last longer. Guards would force him to lie on a bed.“The pillow he asked you to bury your face in was all blood and snot and guts,” Colon said.

DHS and FBI Report on Rightwing Extremism Capitalizing on the Election Of the First African American President Via the Internet.

UNCLASSIFIED//FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, Rightwing Extremism: CurrentEconomic and Political Climate FuelingResurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment;7 April 2009.

Prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division. Coordinated with the FBI. This product is one of a series of intelligence assessments published by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch to facilitate a greater understanding of the phenomenon of violent radicalization in the United States.

The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States.

Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship.

Key Findings;
The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence, but
rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first African American president (Barack Obama) present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and recruitment.
I, private investigator Bill Warner, have writtten several articles on this RADICAL RIGHTWING threat see Friday, February 27, 2009, PLOTS TO ASSASSINATE BARACK OBAMA ON THE RISE, NINE (9) SO FAR, RACIST RIGHT WING BLOGGERS FUEL WHITE SUPREMISTS, SECRET SERVICE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE.

Threats from white supremacist and violent antigovernment groups during 2009 have been largely rhetorical and have not indicated plans to carry out violent acts. Nevertheless, the consequences of a prolonged economic downturn—including real estate foreclosures, unemployment, and an inability to obtain credit—could create a fertile recruiting environment for rightwing extremists and even result in confrontations between such groups and government authorities similar to those in the past.

Rightwing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new members, mobilize existing supporters, and broaden their scope and appeal through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning.
The current economic and political climate has some similarities to the 1990s when rightwing extremism experienced a resurgence fueled largely by an economic recession, criticism about the outsourcing of jobs, and the perceived threat to U.S. power and sovereignty by other foreign powers.

Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily
hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely. It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to immigration.
Proposed imposition of firearms restrictions and weapons bans likely would attract new members into the ranks of rightwing extremist groups, as well as potentially spur some of them to begin planning and training for violence against the government.

The high volume of purchases and stockpiling of weapons and ammunition by rightwing extremists in anticipation of restrictions and bans in some parts of the country continue to be a primary concern to law enforcement. Returning veterans possess combat skills and experience that are attractive to rightwing extremists.

DHS/I&A is concerned that rightwing extremists will attempt to recruit and radicalize returning veterans in order to boost their violent capabilities. A recent example of the potential violence associated with a rise in rightwing extremism may be found in the shooting deaths of three police officers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 4 April 2009.

The alleged gunman’s reaction reportedly was influenced by his racist ideology and belief in antigovernment conspiracy theories related to gun confiscations and citizen detention camps.

Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors, and home foreclosures.

These “accusatory” tactics (on internet blogs) are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize those already subscribing to extremist beliefs. DHS/I&A assesses this trend is likely to accelerate if the economy is perceived to worsen.

Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election as a recruitment tool. Many
rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use.
Rightwing extremists are increasingly galvanized by these concerns and leverage them as drivers for recruitment. From the 2008 election timeframe to the present, rightwing extremists have capitalized on related racial and political prejudices in expanded propaganda campaigns, thereby reaching out to a wider audience of potential sympathizers.

Most statements by rightwing extremists have been rhetorical, expressing concerns about the election of the first African American president (Barack Obama), but stopping short of calls for violent action.

In two instances in the run-up to the election, extremists appeared to be in the early planning stages of some threatening activity targeting the Democratic nominee (Barack Obama), but law enforcement interceded.

A prominent civil rights organization reported in 2006 that “
large numbers of potentially violent neo-Nazis, skinheads, and other white supremacists are now learning the art of warfare in the [U.S.] armed forces.”
FBI noted in a 2008 report on the white supremacist movement that some returning military veterans from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have joined extremist groups.
DHS/I&A assesses that the combination of environmental factors that echo the 1990s, including heightened interest in legislation for tighter firearms restrictions and returning military veterans, as well as several new trends, including an uncertain economy and a perceived rising influence of other countries, may be invigorating rightwing extremist activity, specifically the white supremacist and militia movements.

To the extent that these factors persist, rightwing extremism is likely to grow in strength. Unlike the earlier period, the advent of the
Internet and other informationage technologies since the 1990s has given domestic extremists greater access to information related to bomb-making, weapons training, and tactics, as well as targeting of individuals, organizations, and facilities, potentially making extremist individuals and groups more dangerous and the consequences of their violence more severe.
New technologies also permit domestic extremists to send and receive encrypted communications and to network with other extremists throughout the country and abroad, making it much more difficult for law enforcement to deter, prevent, or preempt a violent extremist attack.

DHS/I&A will be working with its state and local partners over the next several months to ascertain with greater regional specificity the rise in rightwing extremist activity in the United States, with a particular emphasis on the political, economic, and social factors that drive rightwing extremist radicalization.

DHS encourages recipients of this document to report information concerning suspicious or criminal activity to DHS and the FBI. The DHS National Operations Center (NOC) can be reached by telephone at 202-282-9685 or by e-mail at .

Separately, Sheikh Turki, a notorious Islamist guerrilla leader accused of terror ties by the U.S. government, told supporters in the southern port city of Kismayo that Kenya “will not be allowed one meter of Somalia.”

Sheikh Turki specifically commended Somali pirates for kidnapping Mr. Richard Phillips, the American captain of the Maersk Alabama vessel that escaped a pirate attack last week (Captain Phillips freed by US Navy Seals April12th 2009).

Sheikh Turki’s Ras Kamboni Brigade merged forces with other Islamist factions in Jan. 2009, forming the new group Hizbul Islam [Party of Islam]. Al Shabaab and Hizbul Islam factions have rejected Somalia’s new government and vowed to wage war until foreign troops withdraw from Somali soil.

Abu Mansour Al-Amriki and Azzam the American American Website Producers for Al-Shabaab and Al-Qaeda Terrorists.

Abu Mansour Al-Amriki and Azzam the American (Adam Yahiye Gadahn) American Website Producers for Al-Shabaab and Al-Qaeda Terrorists. Abu Mansour Al-Amiriki shows up in Mogadishu Somalia two years ago, same time al-Shabaab website set up, April 2007.

The As-Sahab Foundation for Islamic Media Publication, is the media production house of Al-Qaeda, used to relay the organization's views to the world.

As-Sahab "produces documentary-quality films, iPod files and cellphone video." In 2007, it released 97 original videos, a sixfold increase from 2005.

As-Sahab's first production was believed to have been in 2001 with the involvement of Adam Yahiye Gadahn. U.S. and British intelligence officials believe it to be run by former Orange County California resident Adam Gadahn, who left America to join Al-Qaeda in Pakistan, as first reported by ABC News.

Although it has been reported that the media production of these messages has had a notable decrease in quality, possibly due to Gadahn's involvement in other tasks for Al Qaeda. The "high quality" of the English subtitles and the "references to Malcolm X" in al-Qaeda's 2008 post-presidential election video where Barack Obama is attacked as a “House Negro,” has been said to "reflect the influence" of Gadahn.

MOGADISHU, Somalia (AP) - A man who calls himself an American promotes holy war in Somalia in a video posted on an Islamic militant Web site. "This man was training us how to make land mines and explosives.

This not the first time Abu Mansour al-Amriki has appeared in a Al-Shabaab recruitment video, in May of 2008, private investigator Bill Warner found Abu Mansour al-Amriki in a al-Shabaab recruitment video, click here to see, that had been posted on the Al-Shabaab website a site hosted in Vancouver WA, USA by the Dotster web company.

The Al-Shabaab website was set up on April 13th 2007, two years ago, at the Dotster web hosting company 8100 NE Parkway Drive, Suite 300 Vancouver, WA 98662 USA.

Special Operations Forces McDill Air Force Base Tampa Fl, Navy Seals Ready to Take Out Somalia Pirates, Just say "Go" Obama !

U.S. military already prepared with battle plans for Somalia pirates, say intelligence sources.

WASHINGTON - U.S. military commanders have already prepared battle plans for ending the scourge of piracy on the high seas off Somalia if President Obama pulls the trigger, sources told the Daily News Wednesday.

Retired U.S. Ambassador Robert Oakley, who was special envoy to Somalia in the 1990s, said U.S. special operations forces have drawn up detailed plans to attack piracy groups where they live on land, but are awaiting orders from the Obama national security team. "Our special operations people have been itching to clean them up. So far, no one has let them," Oakley told the Daily News.

"They have plans on the table but are waiting for the green light," Oakley said.A Special Operations Command spokesman at McDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla., declined comment. A U.S. intelligence official, though dismissive of the pirates having any terrorism links, said "there is a more intense focus" now on these criminal gangs.

See my prior post on Spec Ops at McDill AFB Tampa Fl, Monday, November 10, 2008, Secret Order Lets U.S. Raid Al Qaeda in Many Countries, Al-Qaeda in Somalia a favorite target, Al-Qaeda in Somalia had a website in Vancouver WA USA. Somalia Pirates link to Al-Shabaab terrorists, one funds the other.

These military raids, typically carried out by Special Operations forces (Navy Seals), were authorized by a classified order that Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld signed in the spring of 2004 with the approval of President Bush, the officials said. The secret order gave the military new authority to attack the Qaeda terrorist network anywhere in the world, and a more sweeping mandate to conduct operations in countries not at war with the United States.

Some of the military missions have been conducted in close coordination with the C.I.A., according to senior American officials, Al-Shabaab in Somalia is Al-Qaeda, see LA Times article, click here !
