Joe Genoese Ex-fiance of Murdered Sheena Morris Goes On Dr Phil Show And Denies All And Then Fails Polygraph

BRADENTON BEACH - Joe Genoese, the former fiance of Sheena Morris, failed a polygraph examination about his role in the 2009 death, according to the polygraphist who administered the test. Genoese, along with Sheena’s parents, Kelly Osborn and Dave Morris, appeared last week at a taping of the “Dr. Phil” show in Los Angeles. Their two episodes are scheduled to be broadcast locally Thursday and Friday.

Genoese was tested by Jack Trimarco, a nationally known expert and the former chief polygraphist for the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office, who has personally conducted more than 3,500 examinations.  “He was deceptive to the relative issue, which was: Did you kill Sheena?” Trimarco said. “He failed the test for that issue. It wasn’t a good test for him.”

The entire examination, Trimarco said, was “textbook.” “He was cooperative. I didn’t see any sign of countermeasures. The rapport was there. He was not resisting,” Trimarco said. “I expected him not to fail, only because I told him he’d be a fool to take this test if he had something to hide. Boy, was he deceptive.”

Genoese, 48, told the Herald-Tribune that appearing on “Dr. Phil” and taking the polygraph test was “the worst mistake of my life.” “I didn’t do well. I came up deceptive,” Genoese said. “It said I was lying. I guess I should have investigated this thing before I went on there. They set me up. If I was guilty of anything, why the hell would I go out there?”  Yeah why did you do it???

FDLE Panel Recomends To Reopen Sheena Morris Death Investigation In Bradenton Beach It Was a Murder Not Suicide Call In The FBI. What happens next is up to Bradenton Beach Police Chief Sam Speciale, who has declined requests to reopen the case in the past, saying it would send a message that his detective erred in the investigation. But Osborn says that needs to change now that the panel assembled by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement has recommended more investigative work on the case.

AS PER AN ARTICLE on the Dr. Laurie Roth Show: Several months before her murder she was sent a dozen red roses and 1 black rose to her Mom’s house where she was at the time. Kelly said on my show that her daughter burst into tears when she received them. When Kelly asked what the black rose meant, she said simply, ‘death.’  From what Kelly Osborn and Susan revealed on air,  Sheena had compiled several boxes of evidence against her dangerous and criminal boyfriend.  She worked for him and had been compiling information and evidence against his crimes,  the distribution of steroids and other illegal drugs.  Sheena had been trying for months to get out of the relationship. All of her support network, Mother and  family knew that he was harassing, threatening and stalking her, see http://therothshow.com/2011/04/botched-case-of-sheena-morris-murder-we-want-justice/

On January 1, 2009 Sheena Morris was found deceased in a hotel room at the Bridge Walk Resort in Anna Maria Island, Florida. She was found hung in the shower with her buttocks only 6 to 7 inches off the floor and legs straight out in front of her. (This was a stand-up shower, the garden tub was separate) Prior to her being found Sheena,22, and her boyfriend Joe Genoese, 48, had a fight that prompted people in the next room to call 911 to report a domestic violence disturbance, January 1st, 2009 was also Joe Genoese’s birthday. Officer John Tsakiri and Officer Mike Bazell with the Bradenton Beach Police Department responded to the call.

As they arrived they passed Joe Genoese in the stairway and continued to Sheena’s hotel room. According to the reports of the Domestic Disturbance the 911 call was dispatched at 1:21am and they arrived at 1:22am and they completed their call at 1:50am. According to other reports this 911 call wasn’t dispatched from Manatee County Sheriff’s Department until 1:46am. The Domestic Disturbance report was never written until 1/3/2009 after the report of her death. This was not a top notch CSI investigation of any kind, time for the real cops to take over.
