ATF, is coordinating the Project Safe Neighborhoods effort here in the Central District of Florida in cooperation with federal (FBI), state, and local law enforcement officials. Because of his extensive violent criminal history dating back to before 1994, Marcus D. Robertson, DOB 9/03/1968, could have been sentenced under the Armed Career Criminal Act to Life in Prison, see his resume below;
1). Marcus D. Robertson December 2nd 1994, sentenced to 4 years for conviction of violent crime in aid of racketeering in Eastern District of NY (Federal).
2). Marcus D. Robertson March 15th, 1995, sentanced in Pennsylvania State court to 3 to 6 years for aggravated assault.

The Armed Career Criminal Act of 1984 (ACCA) is a United States federal law that provides sentence enhancements for felons who commit crimes with firearms, if convicted of certain crimes three or more times they can receive a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, see Marcus Robertsons resume above he fits the criteria.
If a felon has been convicted more than twice of a "violent felony" or a "serious" drug crime, the Armed Career Criminal Act provides a minimum sentence of fifteen years, instead of the ten-year maximum prescribed under the Gun Control Act. The Armed Career Criminal Act provides for a maximum sentence of life imprisonment for 3 time violent offenders like Marcus Robertson.
The Fed's had Imam Abu Taubah aka Marcus Robertson's ass nailed to the wall, he had no way out other than to cop a plea and to co-operate with authorities, NO LAWYER COULD HAVE GOT IMAM ABU TAUBAH OFF.
To avoid the Armed Career Criminal Act aggravated sentence of 20 years to Life in prison, Imam Abu Taubah aka Marcus Robertson, the ex-con and 3 time convicted felon, plead guility January 5th in Orlando Federal Court and will most likely end up with a "deal” of about 60 to 80 months.
