USA v Yousef M. Khattab
D.O.B. August 15, 1968,
Case No. 1:13-cr-418
GORDON KROMBERG ATTORNEY FOR USA: "Regardless of any regrets Yousef al-Khattab may have now, an impressionable person with Jewish grievances may search the Internet and find his rants and threats and solicitations from 2009 and may choose to act on them as a result, the victims of those threats and solicitations have to be aware of that until the end of time."
NY DAILY NEWS Workers at a Jewish organization serving the elderly were forced to evacuate Friday March 10th 2017 morning after they were the latest victim of a hoax bomb threat. The bomb threat was sent to the cell phone of an employee of JASA, Jewish Association Serving the Aging, on Coney Island Ave. near Glenwood Road in Midwood about 8:45 a.m., officials said. The group’s offices were evacuated while cops conducted a search that turned up nothing, officials said. The threat is the latest in a rash against Jewish institutions in New York City and across the country. “Somebody sent a text to somebody who works there with a threat of a bomb going off,” a police source said. “Staff were advised immediately to report to another location,” the spokeswoman Mona Finston said. “The police were alerted and are investigating. Law enforcement has advised that this threat, in all likelihood, was a hoax.” It comes the day after a bomb threat was emailed to the Jewish Children’s Museum in Crown Heights, 792 Eastern Pkwy, Brooklyn, NY. That threat was found to be unfounded. Both Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio visited the museum in the hours after the threat Thursday to calm nerves and vow to find the person responsible. Since Jan. 4, 2017 there have been at least 149 bomb threats, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
Feb 2014...A New Jersey man who used his Islamic organization’s Web site to advocate violence against those whose ideals he found offensive to his religion was sentenced to 30 months in prison — a term that a federal judge said he imposed so people would “understand the line” between free speech and criminal calls for violence. Yousef al-Khattab, 45, renounced his postings during the hearing in federal court in Alexandria, asking U.S. District Judge Liam O’Grady to hold him responsible only “for what I say, not how other people understood it.” O’Grady asked Khattab particularly about a post he made seeming to direct followers to attack the Chabad Jewish organization’s headquarters in Brooklyn NY at 770 Eastern Pkwy Brooklyn, NY.
Yousef Mohamid al-Khattab was sent to the RAY BROOK FEDERAL CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION RAY BROOK, NY12977.

There here was a huge NYPD presence following bomb threats that were made against the Jewish community on Yousef Al-Khattab's blog revolutionmuslim.com "Do Not Let Orthodox Judaism Get Away From Murder in Ghaza" which featured the threat and video against the Jewish Orthodox Temple at 770 Eastern Pkwy Brooklyn, NY 11213, the threat was made on the website run by Yousef Al-Khattab, a New York City cab driver who operates the extremist Islamic anti-American Web site from Queens NY. Yousef Al-Khattab wrote in the lower left hand panel, see above, "Notice his Talis Bag (great place to Store Islamic Info.) translation = "Store Islamic Info means Store a Bomb".
Yousef Al-Khattab's Revolution Muslim website co-founder Jesse C. Morton was sentenced in 2012 to 11 and 1 / 2 years in prison after admitting that he encouraged extremists to attack the writers of the “South Park” animated TV show because an episode featured the prophet Muhammad in a bear suit.
I spoke with NYPD Detective on Sunday 2/15/2009 about Yousef al-Khattab months prior to his arrest. Yousef al-Khattab tries to get people to do violent things against Jewish institutions via his website.” In conversations with a NYPD Detective about Yousef al-Khattab I pointed him in the direction of Yousef al-Khattab websites. The NYPD opened two criminal investigations on Yousef al-Khattab, one about the threats against the Jewish School and temple in NYC and second they are also looking at him for the “bombs bombs bombs” cards sent out last July 2008 to Fox News reporter Kelly Vick and others in NYC, see Sunday, July 27, 2008.
